high-pressure nozzles and centrifugal nozzles optional
Fruit tree planting is generally scattered, with uneven spacing, tall trees, large crowns, and many leaves.
Since most of the nozzles on the market are pressure type or centrifugal single atomizing disc, the atomization generated is not
fine enough, it is difficult to penetrate the fruit tree under the condition of insufficient wind pressure, and it is difficult to
float in the fruit tree under the wind pressure. The liquid medicine is difficult to adsorb to the back of the leaves.
Therefore, according to the market demand, we designed a double atomizing disc nozzle, and the liquid medicine enters the inner
spinner through the diverter plate and the inner spinner is designed with 24-toothed arc blades.
The atomizing disc is driven by a motor to rotate at a high speed. The liquid is atomized to 100-200 microns.
The atomized particles atomized by the inner atomizing disk are further atomized by the outer atomizing disk.
The particles are further broken and atomized by nylon screws, and static electricity is generated by friction. The airflow
generated by the rotation of the surrounding blades is atomized once so that the atomization can achieve a smoke effect of 50-100
microns.
Because the atomized particles are very fine, they atomized particles are rotated in the fruit tree by the down-pressure wind field
of the drone, and can be effectively adsorbed on the front and back of the leaves.

Precautions for product use:
1: The nozzle cannot be idling, and the water pump should be turned on at the same time when it is running (the liquid medicine
needs to flow to cool the nozzle motor)
2: When the 12S power is supplied, the speed of the print head is opened at 85% (analog 1000-1850)
3: When the power supply is 14S, the speed of the nozzle is turned on at 75% (analog 1000-1750)
4: The nozzle must be turned off when the liquid is finished (some flight controllers do not have centrifugal nozzles, and the
nozzles need to be manually turned off)
5: After each operation, you must fill up a box of clean water, add cleaning fluid, turn on the centrifugal nozzle, spray a box of
water, and idling for 30 seconds. The purpose is to clean the residual pesticides to prevent corrosion, solidification and damage
to the motor bearings.
Our products have obtained C E, F C C, R o H S, I S O 9 0 0 1 certifications along with 13 national patents and 7 software copyrights.

Traditionally, aerial spraying of pesticides has been done using conventional fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters with a pilot onboard. However, this is changing. Small, remotely piloted aircraft are being used to apply pesticides around the world, especially in Southeast Asia. For example, about 30% of all agricultural spraying in South Korea, and about 40% of Japan's rice crop, is sprayed using drones. In contrast, drone spraying is in its infancy in the United States, but interest in this technology from pesticide applicators is steadily increasing.
A variety of names and the acronyms are associated with remotely piloted aircraft:
- unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)
- unmanned aerial system (UAS)
- small unmanned aerial system (SUAS)
- remotely piloted vehicle (RPV)
- remotely piloted aircraft (RPA)
- remotely operated aircraft (ROA)
- remotely piloted aerial application system (RPAAS)
Although UAV and UAS are the most commonly used names given to this kind of technology, the name used most commonly by the general public is "drone," which is used throughout this document.
This publication highlights drone sprayer specifications, why they may be the choice for aerial spraying, and the challenges that reduce their usage by pesticide applicators.
